Atlas Copco completed the acquisition of Cooper Freer.

Atlas Copco, an air compressor supplier, completed the acquisition of Cooper Freer, a provider of air compressor repair service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have a long history of working closely with Cooper Freer. Through this acquisition we will get the opportunity to better serve current customers and grow our market presence in a key region in the UK,” Vagner Rego, Atlas Copco Business Area President Compressor Technique.
