Diamond Transmission and Chubu Electric completed the acquisition of transmission assets from Hornsea 1 for $1.63bn.

Electricity generation companies Diamond Transmission and Chubu Electric, completed the acquisition of transmission assets from Hornsea 1, a wind farm, for $1.63bn. The sale of the assets will take place in line with the offshore transmission owner regime.
