DMGT completed the acquisition of New Scientist for $97m.

Daily Mail and General Trust, which owns news titles, events and data businesses, completed the acquisition of New Scientist, a science magazines, for $97m. "It is a natural step in our consumer strategy to improve the quality of our revenues through building up subscriptions and digital capabilities.
