Direct Corporate Clothing completed the acquisition of Incorporatewear from Workwear Group.

Direct Corporate Clothing, a provider of uniform, workwear and personal protective equipment, completed the acquisition of Incorporatewear, a manufacturer of uniforms and other clothing products, from Workwear Group, a provider of uniform solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “DCC is proud to announce the acquisition of ICW. The acquisition will further strengthen our current client base and add new sectors which complement each company’s supply chain and service offering. The two companies will operate independently but will share best practice to enhance their overall product offerings. We are pleased that the current senior management team will remain with ICW and will continue under the leadership of Ed Grigg," Sam Sohal, DCC Joint Managing Director.
