Riverside-backed Red Nucleus completed the acquisition of iTakeControl.

Riverside-backed Red Nucleus, a provider of full-service design and development of learning solutions, completed the acquisition of iTakeControl, a developer of clinical operations and medical affairs technology and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled by the fit between the two companies.
