Affinity Equity to acquire JobKorea from H&Q Asia Pacific for $709m.

Affinity Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire JobKorea, an operator of an online recruiting company in Seoul, from H&Q Asia Pacific, an Asian private equity firm, for $709m. The sale of JobKorea will offer H&Q an opportunity to exit the recruitment portal with more than a fourfold gain from its investment.
