MB Solutions completed the acquisition of Bluey Technologies.

MB Solutions, a company providing chemical solutions for construction, completed the acquisition of Bluey Technologies, a provider of design and engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bluey Technologies has a strong reputation as a valuable and reliable partner in the civil construction and engineering industries providing a strong local presence, support and innovative products.
