Spirent Communications to acquire octoScope for $55m.

Spirent Communications, a provider of test, assurance, and analytics solutions for devices and networks, agreed to acquire octoScope, a US-based provider of automated wireless test solutions, for $55m. "Having firmly outlined our M&A intentions at our Capital Markets Day in October, I am delighted to welcome octoScope to the Spirent family.
