Amwins, an independent wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products in the United State, completed the acquisition of Worldwide Facilities, a national wholesale insurance brokerage, managing general agency and program manager, from private equity firm Genstar Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are adding a talented group of brokers and underwriters that further strengthens our specialty capabilities.
