Frontier Development Capital completed the acquisition of Aeroco Group.

Frontier Development Capital, an alternative fund manager, completed the acquisition of Aeroco Group, a Manchester headquartered aviation firm specializing in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the aircraft cabin and cargo components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have completed the buyout of the Aeroco Group. Having performed strongly throughout the pandemic, and with new opportunities on the horizon, this is the perfect time to take control of the company to implement our future vision after working together for many years alongside the previous owner," Tony Lewin, Aeroco Managing Director.
