Frontier Development Capital, an alternative fund manager, completed the acquisition of Aeroco Group, a Manchester headquartered aviation firm specializing in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of the aircraft cabin and cargo components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have completed the buyout of the Aeroco Group.
