Netafim to acquire Gakon Horticultural Projects.

Netafim, a provider of precision irrigation solutions and agricultural projects, agreed to acquire Gakon Horticultural Projects, a Dutch turnkey greenhouse projects provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is synergetic, combining Netafim's global presence and expertise in precision agriculture and Gakon's advanced greenhouse technology.
