Maxburg Capital to acquire Bunny Tierernahrung from Lampe Privatinvest.

Private equity firm Maxburg Capital agreed to acquire Bunny Tierernahrung, a pet food manufacturer for small mammals, from Lampe Privatinvest. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Bunny has developed very dynamically in recent years. We are convinced that we will now hand over the company and its employees in good hands for the next step in growth," Victor Antunes, Lampe Privatinvest Management Managing Director.
