J.M. Huber to acquire the Nutri Granulations business of IMCD.

J.M. Huber, a provider of industrial products & engineered materials solutions, agreed to acquire the Nutri Granulations business of IMCD, a specialty chemicals manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to add Nutri Granulations to our portfolio because their reputation for quality, reliability, and customer focus aligns perfectly with ours.
