Private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners completed an investment in Ivanti, a company that automates IT and Security Operations to discover, manage, secure and service from cloud to edge. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Charlesbank shares the same values and commitment to serving customers as Ivanti. Charlesbank was attracted to Ivanti because of the positive momentum we are achieving and, quite frankly, because they believe in our vision.
