Preservation Capital Partners to acquire Parmenion from SLA for £102m.

Preservation Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the financial services sector, agreed to acquire Parmenion, an investment adviser platform, from Standard Life Aberdeen, an investment and asset management company, for £102m. “Parmenion has enjoyed strong growth in recent years, and we are delighted that Preservation Capital has recognised the potential in our business, and share our future vision.
