Rockaway Capital completed the acquisition of Bringmeister from Edeka.

Rockaway Capital, a Czech investment group, completed the acquisition of Bringmeister, a German online food retailer, from Edeka, а German supermarket corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. This will put the company in competition with another Czech group that has German online ambitions: web supermarket Rohlik.cz, which will soon be launched in Munich.
