Honeywell, an American multinational conglomerate company that produces commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fiplex Communications, a Miami-based company that develops in-building communications systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Honeywell has long demonstrated leadership in the fire and life safety industry, and we are pleased to join their team.
