Claranet to acquire ID Grup.

Claranet, a provider of cloud and cybersecurity services, agreed to acquire ID Grup, a provider of cloud and managed IT infrastructure services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining Claranet will allow customers of both companies in Spain to have access to an enlarged portfolio, accessing significant experience in the implementation, management and security of IT infrastructures; whether on-premise, in private cloud or public cloud.
