Procuritas, a Nordic private equity house, agreed to acquire Polarn O. Pyret, a Swedish children's clothing brand, from RNB Retail and Brands, which owns, operates and develops fashion wear, ready-to-wear clothing, accessories stores and e-commerce, for €33m.
