Scholle IPN completed the acquisition of Bossar Packaging.

Scholle IPN, a flexible packaging solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Bossar Packaging, a designer and manufacturer of horizontal form-fill-seal equipment for production of flexible packaging formats.
