Worthen Industries to acquire DSM Advanced Solar from Royal DSM.

Worthen Industries, a company that manufactures specialty adhesives, coatings and coated products, agreed to acquire DSM Advanced Solar, a company that delivers a family of material solutions and technologies for PV modules, from Royal DSM, a science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living.
