INFRANEO completed the acquisition of ESIRIS Group.

Sparring-backed INFRANEO, an engineering group specialized in infrastructure asset management, completed its acquisition of ESIRIS Group, a soil and structural engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of ESIRIS Group positions INFRANEO as a key player in infrastructure asset management engineering, a fast-growing market that will consolidate to meet customers’ needs.
