Francisco Partners and EMH Partners-backed Native Instruments, a manufacturer of music creation products, completed the merger with iZotope, a developer of professional audio software and hardware tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. “iZotope and Native Instruments share the same mission to inspire and enable creativity.
