Quadrant Private Equity completed the acquisition of TSA Management from Livingbridge.

Quadrant Private Equity, an Australian private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of TSA Management from Livingbridge, a mid-market private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are immensely proud of our partnership with TSA.
