Aurelius to acquire Hüppe from Masco.

Aurelius, an asset management group, agreed to acquire Hüppe, manufacturer of shower enclosures, shower trays, wall panels and bathroom accessories, from Masco, a company engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of branded home improvement and building products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to welcome Hüppe as a strong platform in the building materials sector.
