Urbas Grupo completed the acquisition of ECISA from Al Alfia Holding.

Urbas Grupo, a company mainly engaged in the real estate sector, completed the acquisition of ECISA, a provider of construction services, from Al Alfia Holding, a management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition will in turn mean that Al Alfia will become a partner in Urbas, taking an approximate 3% stake.
