Ardian-backed Staci completed the acquisition of Base Logistics Group from Waterland.

Ardian-backed Staci, a digital and logistics hub, completed the acquisition of Base Logistics, a specialty logistics provider, from private equity firm Waterland. Financial terms were not disclosed.
