Cofinimmo, a Belgian real estate company specialising in rental property, completed the acquisition of 24 nursing and care homes from Batipart, an investment company in Luxembourg, for $414m. The main operators of the nursing and care homes are DomusVi, Kos, Korian and Codess Sociale.
