Saint-Gobain, a provider of construction, high-performance, and other materials, agreed to acquire Brüggemann, a company in the manufacture and installation of turnkey modular timber construction solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This investment complements Saint-Gobain's range of light construction solutions and systems in Germany, and enables it to further strengthen its role as an innovation leader in the sustainable construction industry.
