IronNet Cybersecurity, a network security company, went public via a merger with LGL Systems Acquisition, a SPAC, in a $927m deal. The transaction included a $125m fully-committed common stock PIPE joined by Emles Advisors, Weiss Asset Management, The Phoenix Insurance Company, Bridgewater Associates, ForgePoint Capital, and Kleiner Perkins. “We are excited to complete this business combination, which will position IronNet to truly transform and scale cyber defense for more organizations around the world. As a public company, we intend to apply our increased financial resources to accelerate product innovation for our customers and expand our portfolio of offerings.
