Ceder Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 55% stake in Kaffekapslen, a retailer of coffee capsules. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to further fuel Kaffekapslen’s strategy of becoming the leading European online retailer of coffee-related products.
