MBCC Group to acquire TPH Bausysteme.

MBCC Group, a supplier of construction chemicals and solutions worldwide, agreed to acquire TPH Bausysteme, a Germany-based global supplier of products and systems for injection technology, joint sealing and bonding, concrete renovation and surface protection, as well as systems for tunnel construction and civil engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TPH’s business fits very well with our portfolio, complementing our investments in the construction materials industry especially in the field of Underground Construction Solutions.
