MBCC Group, a supplier of construction chemicals and solutions worldwide, agreed to acquire TPH Bausysteme, a Germany-based global supplier of products and systems for injection technology, joint sealing and bonding, concrete renovation and surface protection, as well as systems for tunnel construction and civil engineering.
