Private equity firm capiton agreed to acquire a majority stake in Wundex, a home care provider for patients with chronic wounds, from BE Beteiligungen Fonds. Financial terms were not disclosed. Both founders will retain a significant shareholding and will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the company. capiton and management plan to grow the business organically as well as through acquisitions of smaller players in this fragmented market.
