Diskin Capital to acquire John Hill Associates.

Diskin Capital, an investment firm, agreed to acquire John Hill Associates, an operator of an architectural and surveying practice. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition by Diskin Capital Partners Group has provided an exit for shareholder and joint managing director Allan Hair. The deal represents the next stage of a focused buy-and-build strategy for the DCP group, with further acquisition opportunities being explored to develop a full turnkey service offering to a range of key sectors and clients.
