Apax Partners to acquire Lutech from One Equity Partners.

Private equity firm Apax Partners agreed to acquire Lutech, an IT services, software and technology company in Italy, from One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I’m delighted that the Apax Funds have invested in Lutech.
