TriGate Property, a real estate investment manager, and Parkside Partners, a commercial real estate development and brokerage firm, completed the acquisition of a nine-building office portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The portfolio offers a compelling basis below replacement cost in a centrally located part of Atlanta that can cater to both small and large tenants looking for affordable rental rates in an office park that provides numerous amenities," Matt Rooney, TriGate Vice President.
