OceanSound-backed Smartronix to acquire C2S Consulting Group.

OceanSound-backed Smartronix, a provider of next-generation cloud, C5ISR, and advanced engineering and IT solutions, agreed to acquire C2S Consulting Group, a pure-play, full spectrum cloud solution provider specializing in the transformation of government customers in data intensive environments through innovation, automation, and adoption of hybrid and multi-cloud solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
