Trumpf, a manufacturer of electronic components, agreed to acquire Lantek, a technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, Trumpf opens up to the customers' production ecosystems. Our goal is to improve the production process of our customers: with Lantek we comprehensively cover the sheet and metal transformation chain, including machines from different manufacturers.
