Oak Hill Advisors completed the acquisition of Aves One container portfolio for $182m.

Oak Hill Advisors, an independent investment firm specializing in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, structured products, distressed securities and turnaround investments, completed its acquisition of Aves One container portfolio. The transaction value amounts to $182m. With the closing of the transaction, the sea container segment will be completely discontinued and the Management Board will thus have successfully completed the transition to focus on the “Rail” business.
