Hanmere Polythene, a manufacturer of recyclable polythene packaging products, completed the acquisition of Amerplast, a manufacturer of plastic film packaging products, from Lonsdale Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”We are very happy with our investment in Amerplast and the resulting return.
