Advent-backed Vitaldent, an operator of dental clinics in Spain, completed the acquisition of 76 clinics from Dentix, a firm that offers dental implants, orthodontics, invisible orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, dental aesthetics, dental prosthese. Financial terms were not disclosed. Patients from the 76 acquired Dentix clinics will be able to continue their treatments in these same clinics, while in the case of those patients from non-acquired Dentix clinics, they will be seen both in said 76 clinics and in some clinics in the Vitaldent network.
