Bruneau Group completed the acquisition of the Italian business of Office Depot Europe.

Bruneau Group, a Paris-based B2B e-commerce company for office supplies and equipment, completed the acquisition of the Italian business of Office Depot Europe, a vendor of office supplies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Office Depot Italy portfolio and customers complement ours and we are committed to continuing to develop the business and offer its customers continued excellent service and high-quality products within Bruneau," Nicolas Potier, Bruneau CEO.
