Snow Phipps Group completed the acquisition of AI Fire from Audax.

Private equity firm Snow Phipps Group completed the acquisition of AI Fire, a national provider of fire protection services, from Audax. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AI Fire is a unique services business that is poised for significant growth in the attractive fire protection services industry.
