Paprec completed the acquisition of Dalkia Wastenergy.

Paprec, an environmental service company for recycling and waste management ventures, completed the acquisition of Dalkia Wastenergy, a waste-to-energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With these two companies, CNIM O&M and Tiru, Paprec will manage 29 waste-to-energy plants, becoming France’s third-biggest player in the sector," Stéphane Leterrier, Paprec Executive Director.
