Flywheel Partners to invest in ES Global.

Flywheel Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in ES Global, a provider of demountable overlay and infrastructure services. Kartesia, a European specialist provider of capital solutions supported the investment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to announce another UK deal as we continue to partner with resilient businesses that have performed strongly.
