GreatStar to acquire Joh. Friedrich Behrens for €28m.

GreatStar, an industrial conglomerate, agreed to acquire Joh. Friedrich Behrens, a pan-European manufacturer of fastening technology, for €28m. Closing of the transaction is subject to various conditions, in particular the approval of the creditors' committee as well as antitrust and foreign trade clearance.
