Ardian-backed Dedalus, a healthcare and diagnostic software provider, completed the acquisition of AMPHI Systems, a Nordic provider of unique prehospital software solutions to the healthcare sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of AMPHI Systems will allow Dedalus to complement the wide group portfolio with solutions supporting one essential step in the care process: the prehospital and emergency field management.
