CPPIB-backed Renewable Power Capital, a renewable energy investment platform, is set to form a joint venture with Benbros Solar, a Spanish photovoltaic developer. The joint venture will be structured as 50:50 deal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership with RPC presents us with a fantastic opportunity for growth.
